I truly enjoy this yoga DVD. 20 minute work outs are perfect for me and I am very sore afterwards.

This video is nice change from a typical flow video that usually does a lot of vinyasas (plank – chaturanga – updog – down dog). Instead, this video has three segments focusing on different areas of the body: abs & core; glutes & thighs; arms & shoulders. The menu lets you select which segments and then adds an intro explaining the breath and adds a savasana at the end. The instructor gives enough instruction to guide you through the poses with good form, and I learned a couple good tips even though I have been practicing for awhile. The video is fairly slow-paced. For me, the Glutes & Thighs segment was the most challenging, because I really started to feel my quads. The details of the segments are as follows:

I love this dvd! Meaghan is a wonderful instructor. There are a few advanced poses, but most are attainable for a beginner.
